Kansas Wesleyan spoiled Central Christian College’s baseball home opener Tuesday with a 15-1 rout, aided by eight Tiger errors.

The beginning and the end did CCC in. It gave up five runs in the first inning and seven in the ninth.

Zane Howard and Taylor Gniadek collected two hits apiece for Central. Howard took the loss.

The Tigers, 4-5, have dropped four straight since their 4-1 start. They will be playing a four-game series in Moundridge this weekend with Dakota State University. Friday’s action starts at 2 p.m., with Saturday’s twinbill beginning at noon.
