MOUNDRIDGE — Chase County’s softball team is going to be a force to be reckoned with.
The Bulldogs dealt Moundridge 15-0 and 18-0 losses on Tuesday in the Wildcats’ season debut.
“This was a tough way to start the season,” Moundridge coach Clark Wedel said. “Chase County is very good. They pitched well and hit the ball very well. We produced only three hits on the night. We will have to improve on this offensive output. This is a game that we will need to forget and move on to the next game.”
Brooke Holloway had a double in the first game for MHS’ only hit, while Brynne Wedel and Michelle Schrag had singles in the second game.
