Mac College to host youth tennis day Saturday

Following their first KCAC match of the season on Saturday, the McPherson College tennis programs will be holding a Kids Day beginning at 1:30 p.m. and lasting until 3:00.

Events will be held at the McPherson High School Tennis Complex off of First Street.

Kid's Day is being presented by McPherson College tennis and Mac Advantage Tennis Academy. It will feature the “10-and-under Tennis" quick-start program utilizing small court size and modified tennis balls for kids ages 10 and under. Kids 6-10 years of age are welcome.  If they have access to a junior racquet please bring them, if not the organizations will try to provide one. 

The day will be led by MC coach Jeff Benito and Janie Bremyer of the Mac Advantage.  McPherson College tennis players will be running the games and drills.

Admission is free for the activities which are set to start upon the completion of the tennis matches.
