MARION — Elyria Christian School’s track and field team made its return on Tuesday by competing in the Marion Invitational.
The Redenbaughs, Misha and Moriah, came up with the Eagles’ first medals of the year. Misha was second in the 800 (2:52.9), while Moriah was third in the 3,200 (14:41).
Other top-six performances for the Eagle girls included Darian Trost in the 1,600 (5th in 6:35.3) and Camille Anderson in the 200 (6th in 31.0).
The top performance for the ECS boys came from Ethan Price, who was fifth in the 100 (12.2) and sixth in the 400 (1:02.6). Marshall Williford had a sixth in the 800 (2:34.7).
Two Eagle boys’ relay teams were fifth. The 4 x 100 team included Price, Williford, Aaron Porter and Luke Ingram (51.3). The 4 x 400 team included Porter, Marshall Williford, Allan Williford and John Nachtigall (4:47.5).
