Kaitlyn Bevel, a senior from Evangelical Christian Academy, has inked a national soccer letter of intent with Central Christian College.

Bevel, from Colorado Springs, is a three-year letterwinner for head coach Drew Morton and the ECA Eagles. She was a two-year captain for the Eagles and was a first-team All-Conference selection as well as receiving an All-Area recommendation.

“Kaitlyn embodies what we are looking for in a recruit,” CCC coach Scott Fogarty said. “She has the character that will make her a great teammate and make the program stronger off the field. On the field, she will provide a high-level of athleticism, speed, an eye for goal and a burst of energy for us either up top or out wide.”

Bevel excels in the classroom as well as on the pitch. She will graduate later this spring with a 4.6 GPA. At this point she would like to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy while attending CCC. She is the daughter of Jeffrey and Elizabeth Bevel of Colorado Springs.
