Mary Eisenhower to appear with Governor Brownback at Republican luncheon

The McPherson County Republicans are pleased to announce a special guest will be appearing with Governor Sam Brownback both in the parade and at the annual ALL School’s Day lunch on Friday, May 9.

Mary Eisenhower, President Dwight Eisenhower’s granddaughter, will be in attendance. “We are looking forward to hearing Mary Eisenhower tell about her work as CEO of People to People, a global humanitarian aid non-profit organization. We are also excited to have the Governor in attendance and hear about his legislative accomplishments, “ said Dave Bohnenblust, McPherson County Republican chair.

Several other elected officials will be in attendance including; Secretary of State Kris Kobach, Attorney General Derek Schmidt, State Senator Clark Shultz, Representative Les Mason, and Mayor Tom Brown.
