Fallis has good day for MHS JV netters

VALLEY CENTER — McPherson High’s JV tennis team finished back in the pack Saturday in a tournament hosted by Valley Center.

The Bullpups did not take a full complement of players. Daniel Fallis played No. 2 singles and went 4-1 to take fifth place.

In doubles, the No. 2 team of Price Kramer and Trey Hett went 2-3 for eighth place, while the No. 1 team of Hadley Hageman and Thomas Smith were 0-3 for 10th.

MHS scored seven points to take eighth out of 10 teams. Pittsburg won the meet with 37 points.
