"Mike played well against tough opponents at our conference tournament and went 4-0," Bethany coach Vic Bateman said. "He has gotten better all year and was one of our top players this past weekend. Mike is a tough matchup for any team we play against because of his size and skills."
Van Den Bogaert has an overall record of 15-4 in singles and 10-7 in doubles competitions.
The Swedes, who are currently ranked 11th in the nation, will now head to Mobile, Ala., for the NAIA Men's Tennis National Tournament.
