McPherson College’s Jazmine Alexander has been named the KCAC Female Track and Field Athlete of the Week for her performances at the Wildcat Relays hosted by Baker University this past Saturday.

Alexander posted two times at the Wildcat Relays that qualified her for the NAIA National Championships.

She ran a 25.08 in the 200, taking second and earning her a "B" standard, and a 47.03 in the 4 x 100 relay which was good enough for an "A" standard.

Alexander currently sits second in the KCAC in the 100 dash at 12.00, which is an "A" qualifying standard for the NAIA National Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Her time of 25.08 in the 200 also places her second in the conference.  The MC 4 x 100 relay  has posted the top time in the KCAC this season.
