Sarah Post, a 5-8 outside hitter-middle blocker from Caldwell, Idaho, has signed a volleyball letter of intent with Central Christian College.

Post is a four-year letterwinner for high school head coach Mark Miller and the Greenleaf Friends Academy Grizzlies.

Post garnered first-team All-Conference and Most Valuable Player awards last season.

“We are very excited to welcome Sarah Post to our program,” CCC coach Christina Ludwick said. “Sarah comes from a long line of Central graduates and is passionate about our mission here at CCC. She is currently a three-sport athlete and excels in all she does. We are thrilled she is choosing to focus on volleyball and help us continue to build our program.”

In addition to her volleyball prowess, Post is an excellent student in the classroom as she will graduate this spring with a cumulative GPA of 3.6. At this point she is undecided on her major.

She is the daughter of Dale and Belva Post, who both attended CCC. Most recently she follows her brother and two cousins who attended CCC in the past five years.
