Two incidents on Saturday kept McPherson law enforcement officers busy. According to a post on the McPherson PD Facebook page, on Saturday, May 3rd at 2:41 pm McPherson KS Police Department responded to a report of a suicidal subject in the 2100 block of E. Kansas Ave. Officers made contact with a 39 year old, male, McPherson County resident, with self-inflicted knife wounds to head and neck. The cooperative subject was transported to McPherson Hospital.

Also Saturday, at 6:48 pm, Officers were in the area of E. The first vehicle rolled and one occupant was ejected. All three were transported with injuries to McPherson Hospital; one was then transported to Wichita via LifeTeam. The occupants of the second vehicle received non-life threatening injuries.
