LINDSBORG — Bethany College men’s basketball coach Clair Oleen continues to reload for next year with the recent signing of Junction City’s Danny Thorton to a letter of intent.
Thorton is a 6-0 guard who averaged just under 8 points a game for Junction this past season. He also competed in football and has run track.
"We are pleased to have Danny Thorton choose to continue his education and basketball endeavors at Bethany College," Oleen said. "Danny is a super young man who is a great teammate who will be a positive addition to Bethany basketball."
Thorton is the son of Chris and Claudia Thorton. He will major in sports management at Bethany College.
