The McPherson U-17 American Legion baseball games with Andover scheduled here Saturday were postponed.

It will host the Wichita Aces at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Grant Complex.

Post 24 lost a pair of games in its most recent action that were not posted as the team is now 3-4 on the year.

After winning its first two games in Enid, McPherson lost its last two as it completed the road trip 2-2.

In a pitching duel, Post 24 lost a 3-1 decision to the Enid Minors, attaining just two hits in the process.  Cody Starkel and Trenton Olson collected the lone Mac hits.

Most encouraging was the pitching performance by Jacob Loecker, who allowed only five hits and fanned four, only to be saddled with the loss.

McPherson then played the Enid Majors, losing 13-0.

Post 24 had only three hits, including a double by Starkel. Caleb Schmidt and Micah McCulley took turns on the hill.
