LINDSBORG — Bethany College has added Tyler Bryant of Cahokia, Ill., to its baseball fold for next year.
Bryant, from Cahokia High School, started two years, playing first base, third base, pitcher and outfield.
"I am very pleased to welcome Tyler Bryant to the Bethany College baseball family," Bethany coach Andrew Bartman said. "I have known his family for a few years now, having coached his brother, and know that we are bringing a quality person into this program. I look forward to watching "Tiger" grow and develop in the classroom and on the mound for the next four years."
Bryant is the son of Teresa Chism and Ivory Bryant Sr. He has a 3.4 high school grade point average and plans to major in engineering.
