United Way of McPherson County will host an employee campaign appreciation lunch on Tuesday, July 22 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the Farmers Alliance Wellness Center. The inaugural event is designed to recognize volunteers for their assistance in coordinating workplace campaigns associated with the United Way annual campaign.
Attendees will gain insight about United Way projects, preview materials for Campaign 2014 and learn how to motivate employees to give. McPherson County businesses and companies are encouraged to send their employee campaign representatives for much deserved recognition.
Employee campaigns raised more than 40 percent of last year’s $225,000 goal. Those interested in establishing a United Way employee campaign are also invited. Reservations are required by July 18 and can be made at 620.241.5152 or email@example.com. The event is free.
