On October 25th from 6 to 9 pm, the McPherson Museum is having an Old Fashioned Fall Festival. We will have games and activities for kiddos, demonstrations in things like butter making, corn shelling, knitting, etc, a pie baking contest, a pie eating contest, cake walk, scavenger hunt, Tombstone talks and more.

Admission is 1 non-perishable item per person. These will be donated to the McPherson County Food Bank. Most things at our Festival are free. Tombstone Talks are $5 and we will have some items like fresh popped Kettle Corn and fresh roasted nuts available for purchase.

Children are invited to wear their costumes for picture opportunities.

Take a tour of the McPherson Cemetery. Miss Wickersham herself will be your guide. Cemetery Tourists will gather at the McPherson Museum and ride the trolley over to the cemetery where you will walk amongst our notable past citizens. After your tour and trolley ride, join us back at the museum for more fall festivities, games, refreshments, demonstrations and more.

Cost for Tombstone Talks is $5.00. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time or at the Fall Festival.
