WINFIELD — Southwestern kept McPherson College’s volleyball team slumping in KCAC matches on Wednesday with a four-set victory, as the Bulldogs are now 2-9 in the conference, but still 9-13 overall.
The teams split the first two sets before Southwestern won the final two. Mac’s win was 25-21 in the second set.
Cortlyne Huppe led Mac with 11 kills, while Taryn Lee and Renee Fredrickson added 10 apiece. Taylor Johnson was credited with 33 assists, while Emily Warner was the dig leader with 24.
It will be homecoming for Mac on Saturday when it entertains Tabor in a 7 p.m. match.
