Coyotes race by Lady Tigers

SALINA — Kansas Wesleyan’s women seemingly couldn’t miss Saturday afternoon as they buried Central Christian College 122-65 at the Mabee Arena.

The Coyotes scored 65 points in the first half on an amazing 27-of-40 from the field and finished at 45 of 78 for the game.

CCC, now 1-7, was led by Kelly Smit with 18 points and MacKenzie Woods with 15. All 15 Coyotes who played scored, led by Vanessa Kresin with 20.

Central goes on the road Tuesday to play Ozark Christian College.
