Driving through or on private property to avoid traffic control devices; (STO #118)
Bottom Line: Drivers may not shortcut from one street to another or drive across private property (including a business' lot) to avoid a stop sign or light. In McPherson, doing so is not a moving violation, but it is punishable by a $60 fine and $75 court cost.
