McPherson College’s men’s tennis team began its drive for a KCAC title here Saturday with a stress-free 9-0 rout of overmatched Kansas Wesleyan.

Mac has won its last five matches to move to 8-4 on the year, all of the losses coming to high-division teams.

"I thought that the guys played really well in doubles and that momentum carried over into our singles matches," Mac coach Justin Stuckey said.

The Bulldogs host Bethel on Monday.
