It was a forgettable weekend for McPherson College’s baseball team.

After being blanked twice on Friday by Friends in Wichita, the teams returned to Light Capital Diamond on Saturday.

Mac still couldn’t get anything going offensively in 13-2 and 10-2 losses as it’s now 2-14 in the KCAC and 6-30 overall.

In Game 1, six different Bulldogs had hits, the big one a homer by Evan Willow. Matt Bryan drove in Stephon Miller with the other run.

The Bulldogs appeared to be on their way to a split, leading Game 2 2-0 until Friends exploded for 13 runs in the final three innings. Six Bulldogs had one hit each.

Mac hosts Manhattan Christian on Tuesday.
