LINDSBORG — Bethany College’s tennis teams once again split, the men defeating Tabor 9-0 on Monday with the women losing, 8-1.

Winning doubles teams for the BC men were Manuel Raga-Michiel Van Den Bogaert, Juan Mateus-Bruno Campos and Dujoh Olliverre-Thomas Mayberry. All six players then won their singles matches.

Kittey Edwards picked up the lone point for the women's team as she won at No. 4 singles.

"The guys’ doubles was as good as you can get with 8-0 wins at every spot. Dujoh and Thomas are starting to get out there and play well," Bethany coach Tony Swiantek said. "Our girls fought hard and dropped some close ones today. Kittey got a solid win for us at No. 4 singles and we will need that same form from her the rest of the way."

The Swedes play Thursday at Friends.
