Wildcat thinclads compete at Halstead

HALSTEAD — Moundridge’s boys track and field team had a good day on Tuesday in the Halstead quint.

Joel Holloway had a big day by winning the triple jump and running on the winning 4 x 100 relay team. Damian Calderon added a first in the pole vault.

Cade Graber — 2nd in triple jump (38-10), 5th in long jump (16-3 1/2)

DeShawn Pfeiff — 3rd in 100 (11.5).

Colton Frazer — 2nd in javelin (139-10); 3rd in discus (119-5); 

Alejando Jimenez — 4th in 800 (2:18)

Kaden Diederich — 3rd in high jump (5-6); 3rd in pole vault (9-6); 3rd in 300 hurdles (45.8).

Joel Holloway — 1st in triple jump (41-0)

Parker Lange — 5th in javelin (122-3); 2nd in 800 (2:17.9)

Ethan Rice — 5th in 3200 (12:39); 4th in 1600 (5:45)

Mason Dyck — 4th in discus (118-1); 4th in shot (37-8 1/2); 5th in 400 (57.4)

Damian Calderon — 1st in pole vault (10-6); 3rd in 200 (24.8); 4th in 400 (57.2)

Jerod Kaufman — 4th in 100 hurdles (18.5); 4th in 300 hurdles (47.1)

Christian Walls — 4th in 200 (25.3).
