Thanks to the generous support of Joyce and Jerry Ryan, a free screening of the movie "Fed Up" will be held at the McPherson Opera House 7 pm Friday, April 24.

Everything we’ve been told about food and exercise for the past 30 years is dead wrong. FED UP is the film the food industry doesn’t want you to see. From Katie Couric, Laurie David (Oscar winning producer of AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH) and director Stephanie Soechtig, FED UP will change the way you eat forever.

Fed Up documents the use of high fructose sweeteners in 80% of processed foods and the effect it has on the health of our nation.

Dr. Gregory Thomas, MD, will speak at the close of the movie.
