Second arrest made in Croft murder case

According to a Friday post by the McPherson Sentinel, 28 year old Kamra Kay Ferrell was arrested Friday morning on a charge of first degree felony murder.

Ferrell is accused in the death of 39 year old James Avery Croft of Portland Oregon, whose body was found in a car north of Galva November 15th.

Clinton Bascue is also accused with regard to this incident. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 27th. A motion to suppress evidence in Bascue's case is pending. Judge Richard B. Walker is presiding over that case.

Farrell's bond was set at $500,000.
