MHS baseball team ranked No. 9 in 4A D-I

McPherson High’s baseball team remains at No. 9 in this week’s Kansas Baseball Coaches Association poll.

Topeka Hayden is on top in Class 4A Division I. Buhler, which had been ranked No. 4 before splitting with the Bullpups, is now No. 5. Andale-Garden Plain, which the Bullpups split with Monday, is still at No. 10.

4. Ottawa 

5. Buhler 

6. Paola 

7. Bishop Miege 

8. Altamont-Labette Co. 

9. McPherson 

10. Andale-Garden Plain 

• LITTLE RIVER STILL NO. 2 — In Class 2-1A, it’s still Pittsburg Colgan and Little River ranked Nos. 1 and 2.

The teams met for the state title last year, with Colgan winning 4-0.
