Moddelmog shines for C-G thinclads

GOESSEL — Canton-Galva's Trey Moddelmog had a nice day for the Eagles' boys track and field team Tuesday at Goessel.

Moddelmog won the high jump and long jump, and was third in the 100.

The Eagle boys also received golds from Travis Unruh in the triple jump and Lane Wiens in the 1,600.

For the girls, the top finish was a gold in the triple jump by Maddie Snow.

The C-G boys took third place behind Burrton and Peabody. The Eagle girls trailed Goessel, Burrton and Peabody.
