INMAN — Inman’s baseball team went up against Wichita Independent and Sedgwick in a triangular on Tuesday and had trouble getting the bat on the ball against both teams.

The normally potent Teutons were blanked 11-0 in the first game by Wichita Independent and 4-0 by Sedgwick in the second game.

Inman was held to four hits in the first game, though Will McLain and Greyson Wood smashed doubles.

McLain took the loss.

Wyatt Regehr threw a good game for Inman in the nightcap, but his teammates could manage only two hits. One of those was a double by Blake Druecker.

The Teutons play in the Moundridge Class 2-1A regional next week.
