LYONS — Smoky Valley ended its softball regular season on Tuesday with a triangular against Hoisington and Lyons, losing both games.
The first game with Hoisington was 3-3 after two innings, but it was all Cardinals after that as they scored the final five runs for an 8-3 triumph.
Katie Bellah crushed a pair of doubles for the Vikings and Kelsie Anderson had two hits and two stolen bases. Keni Campbell took the loss.
Lyons sprinted to a 10-2 lead after three innings and went on for a 12-2 triumph.
Bellah had two more hits, one a double, and scored both runs. Jacque Hulse also accounted for two hits.
The 6-14 Vikings will be involved in regional action Tuesday at Chapman.
