LINDSBORG — Three Bethany College women’s tennis players have earned the Daktronics-NAIA Tennis-Scholar distinction.
They include Mackenzi Choitz, Amelia Fabrizius and Michelle Rambo.
Choitz is a senior biology major from Ellsworth, Fabrizius is a junior social science major from WaKeeney and Rambo is a junior criminal justice major from Bradley, S.C.
"I'm very proud of how our girls performed not only on the court, but in the classroom," Bethany coach Tony Swiantek said. "As a coach, they made my job extremely easy because of their attitude and work ethic."
In order to be nominated as a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete, student-athletes must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved junior academic status.
