Rain wreaked havoc with postseason tournaments at Moundridge and Galva on Tuesday.

At Moundridge, site of a Class 2-1A baseball regional, they got as far as the fifth inning of the first semifinal game. A potential upset is brewing as top-seed Little River and Moundridge are tied at 2-all when the game resumes from the point of interruption, according to tournament director Vance Unrau.

Thursday is the resumption date. They will pick up the action at 3:30 p.m., with the Inman-Canton-Galva semifinal set for 4:30. The championship game will now be 6:30.

Over at Galva, the 2-1A softball regional championship game between Moundridge and Ellinwood was postponed. According to tournament director Roger Trimmell, the game probably will be made up Thursday, but a final determination hasn't been made yet.
