With torrential rain having already pounded Salina’s Dean Evans Stadium and more on the way, the Kansas State High School Activities Association announced this morning that the Class 4A Division I State Baseball Tournament has been pushed back.

The tournament, originally scheduled for today and Friday, will now be played on Sunday and Monday.

The same times will be in effect. McPherson High plays the 6:30 game Sunday against Ottawa.

Other games are Hayden against Miege at 11:00, Kansas City Piper vs. Augusta at 1:30 p.m., and Fort Scott against Rose Hill at 4 p.m.
