A flood warning remains in effect until 11 a.m. for southeastern McPherson, northern Marion and western Harvey counties.

The National Weather Service in Wichita reports that as much as four inches of rain has fall in the warned area since yesterday afternoon, causing some flooding issues.

In McPherson County, the heaviest rain was along the border with Marion County, where over three inches of rain fell.

County dispatch reported that 27thAvenue and Comanche Road had to be closed due to high water overnight, but that travel shouldn't be an issue this morning.
