Central women lose exhibition game

KEARNEY, Neb. — Central Christian College’s women’s basketball team went on the road Monday and dropped an 87-48 decision to the University of Nebraska-Kearney.

The game is considered an exhibition and does not count toward Central’s record.

The Tigers were down 42-23 at the half and the Lopers continued to add to their lead in the second half.

Kassidy Forsberg led Central with 10 points.

The Tigers play another exhibition game on Wednesday when they head to Colorado to play Adams State.
